Obligations & Rights of the Customer
The customer is obliged to register as a member in the online store of www.stepcraft.gr by accurately filling in the information required by the relevant form, in order to be able to make the purchases he wishes. The customer is obliged to indicate an address (home or work) for the delivery of the order, which will take place on working days and hours.
In the event that the shipping address of the order is declared incorrectly, the responsibility rests exclusively with the customer. The customer is prohibited from reselling the products he buys. Each sale of product is for the exclusive use of the customer or for the exclusive use of the person in whose name the delivery is made.
In the latter case, the customer guarantees the acceptance of the present conditions by the end user of the product. The customer acknowledges that the rendering of colors may deviate from reality in terms of hues and tones, as they are rendered by electronic machines, the settings of which are affected by many parameters and defined by the capabilities of each machine and the individual user.
The customer has the right to change products of equal value, as long as they have not been used or processed, within 14 calendar days of their receipt, assuming the shipping costs for the return of the products to the company and informing it of the new products he wants, if these they are available.The customer has the right to withdraw, as long as the packaging of the product has not been opened, within 14 calendar days of receipt, returning the product in its original condition at his own expense.

Collection & Use of Personal Data
www.stepcraft.gr collects personal data:

• when the visitor / user subscribes to its services
• when it uses its products and / or services and •
when it visits its pages and / or enters its promotional / advertising programs.

www.stepcraft.gr uses the personal data of visitors / users / members for three general reasons:
• the informative support of its customers / users and the selection of the content it offers them, so that it is relevant to their general preferences
• the satisfaction of the requirements of its customers / users regarding the services and products available from and through www.stepcraft.gr.
• informing them about new service and product offers.
